Hi all,
I was playing Tecnifibre Triax 1.33 and Völkl Cyclone Tour 1.30 in recent years. This spring, after some testing of Toroline and Restring products, I switched to Toroline O-Toro and Wasabi-X. It somehow ruined my game for reasons I can explain later on demand.
Now, after the championships season, I am testing the TruPro combo Pure Rush 1.23 and 1.18 with GhostWire 1.22. Everything feels fine so far with this setup. But what stands out is that after only one hour of training both strings are notched to an extent that I will probably not be able to have any string movement any more during play.
The whole setup still feels soft enough to play, but I am unsure if this is a viable way to go.
Am I just too spoiled by Toroline and Restring string movement or is there something really off with my string jobs? Should I care about that or ignore it unless it causes problems?
I am stringing with dropweight machine @~21/20 kg, ProKennex Ki10 racquet.
Cheers and happy to having this new forum,
Chris
